Expected Behavior

All participants in our community are expected to:

  • Be respectful and inclusive
  • Treat all members with dignity and courtesy
  • Listen actively to others' perspectives
  • Support fellow community members
  • Report violations to staff immediately

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable:

  • Harassment of any kind (physical, verbal, or written)
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or orientation
  • Profanity and abusive language
  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with others' enjoyment
  • Theft or damage to property
  • Playing while under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Consequences

Violations of this code of conduct may result in:

  1. Permanent Ban - Serious violations or repeated offenders
  2. Legal Action - For criminal behavior or property damage All decisions are made at the discretion of staff and management.

Gaming Etiquette

To ensure everyone has a great experience:

  • Respect Game Rules - Follow all game rules and mechanics
  • Fair Play - No cheating, exploits, or unfair advantages
  • Sportsmanship - Win or lose gracefully
  • Time Management - Keep your turn length reasonable
  • Help New Players - Welcome and assist newcomers
  • Clean Up - Return cards and materials to their proper places

Shop Policies

⚡ Power Outlet Usage

RM10 per day OR FREE with the purchase of any 3 booster packs

  • Power outlet usage is strictly per customer and not shareable between patrons.

🍱 Outside Food & Drinks

NOT ALLOWED on the premises

  • EXCEPTION: A fee of RM10 per customer applies for personal food or beverages.

🚭 NO VAPING OR SMOKING

Smoking and Vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the entrance, corridor, and stairwell areas.

  • This is in accordance with the Control of Tobacco Product Regulations 2004 (PU(A) 324/2004) under the Food Act 1983, prohibits smoking in all air-conditioned shops, enclosed spaces, and public premises.

Product Collection Policy

  • All purchased items must be collected within 1 year from the product’s official release date OR arrival at the shop, whichever is later.

📢 Notification Clause

  • Customers are responsible for tracking release dates and collection timelines.
  • While the shop may provide reminders as a courtesy, failure to receive notification does not extend the collection period.

📦 Storage Limitation Clause

  • Due to limited storage space, the shop is not responsible for long-term storage beyond the stated periods.

  • Items secured with a booking fee will be held for a maximum of 2 months from the date of booking.
